A visit from the Easter Bunny!

We had a visit from the Easter Bunny this morning! S/he walked around the entire outside of our building waving to tenants to bring them Easter joy! Thanks to Vickey Eberhard from Eberhard Group Real Estate!!

With the help of Megan and Katie, our activity professionals, along with the costumes from Pet Evolution in Woodbury, we sure had fun bringing joy to everyone here. If you go by our building or drive in our driveway, you will see the signs. (now minus the dogs) We have had honking all day long! …

Chicken Dance, you say?!

On Friday, March 27, 2020, staff entertained the tenants by doing the Chicken Dance and Electric Slide! We are sheltering in place because of COVID-19, and staff thought this would be a good pick-me-up heading into the weekend. Videos to come soon!

Bag of surprises

Staff packed bags and delivered them to every tenant’s door. They are encouraged to leave the bags hanging on the outside of their door as staff will be periodically putting surprises in the bags!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Our seniors are asked to stay in their apartment due to the coronavirus. Staff surprised them today, St. Patrick’s Day, with a holiday cookie, and a word search game! Click for a larger photo.

Woodbury Dance performs here!

The Woodbury Dance studio comes to Oak Meadows two times a year to put on a performance for us. We love when they stop by. This time, since it was so close to Valentine’s Day, they brought each tenant a bag of goodies!

Dimensions Studio teaches us art

Dimensions Studio is here at Oak Meadows once a month assisting us with art projects.

Valentine’s Day, 2020

We had so much fun at our Valentine’s Day party. The Resistors, a band that plays for the MN Saints Baseball Team, was here and they are fabulous! We had people dancing and tapping their toes. Along with the terrific food from our dining services, it was a perfect day!
