ANN GRODE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ann serves as our Executive Director at Oak Meadows. She has a passion for serving older adults and strives to give our residents a sense of comfort, community and peace in their home.
MARY BECKMAN
DIRECTOR OF HEALTH SERVICES
Mary serves as our Director of Health Services. Person-centered care is at the heart of the service Mary provides to our residents. As a seasoned registered nurse, Mary leads our health services team with compassion, integrity, and respect.
JENNIFER EDMINSON
OUTREACH AND SALES DIRECTOR
Jennifer serves as our Outreach and Sales Director. She guides residents and their families as they navigate a move by presenting options, providing support, and ensuring a successful experience as they make Oak Meadows their new home!
KRISTINA DICKHAUSEN
ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR
Kristina serves Oak Meadows as our Activities Director. Kristina designs and coordinates programs to provide enriching activities for our residents every day. She brings a lot of energy to the team and comes with many years of experience and knowledge.
MATT GORDON
CULINARY DIRECTOR
Matt serves Oak Meadows as our Culinary Director. He is a proud Navy veteran, cancer survivor, and has over 20 years of chef experience. Matt leads the culinary team to delight our residents with delicious meals and excellent service.
JERID SHANNON
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
Jerid serves as our Director of Environmental Services. Jerid serves with compassion and enthusiasm to ensure that our community is well-maintained, safe, and always welcoming to residents, families and guests. He is an integral member of the team who makes Oak Meadows feel like home.
AGEANE REED
ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ageane serves as our Assistant Executive Director. Ageane has been a part of this community for over 20 years and has served Oak Meadows in many different capacities. She cares deeply about our residents and staff and takes pleasure in serving in a variety of ways.
ANNE SCHERFF
RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
Anne serves as our Resident Services Coordinator and has served in this role at Oak Meadows for over nine years. From scheduling, hiring and supporting the health services team, Anne focuses on the day-to-day operations and helps supervise with compassion and thoughtfulness.
REV. JOHN SYVERSON
CHAPLAIN
John serves as our Chaplain. From services to prayer group, John provides a variety of ways for our residents to express and practice their religious beliefs. He serves with the understanding that spiritual care and engagement is crucial through all of life’s stages.
