Re: IMPORTANT COVID update
Dear Oak Meadows staff, tenants and families,
COVID testing: All results from our COVID testing last week have come back negative. Results from today’s testing should be in on Monday. If all results are negative again we will not need to test again until the end of April. The staff who tested positive have been cleared to come back to work. All very good news this week!
Visitors: After I receive the test results on Monday we can resume visits inside the building again. As long as all results are negative. Until then we will continue over the weekend with Essential Caregiver visits only.
Everyone: Please remember to always wear your masks, maintain a 6 foot social distance and wash your hands. Any tenants who leave the building please use all COVID precautions when out in public and avoid large gatherings.
- Anyone who comes in to our building must check in at the reception desk first to have their temperature and wellness check done and to sign in. Please do not come in the Ponds entrance before following these steps first.
- Two visitor limit at one time in tenant apartments.
- You can visit outside anywhere on our grounds.
Special Note: For Ponds tenants who receive Ebenezer nursing services, the nursing staff will no longer need check your temperature daily.
If you have questions or concerns please feel free to contact me anytime.
Sincerely,
Deb Veit, Executive Director
