Effective December 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021*

For a limited time, new Independent Living tenant reservations will be given $500.00 off monthly rent for three (3) months*.

New tenant must be

moved in by March 1, 2021.

*If tenant’s first month is a partial month, discount will begin with the first month the pro-rated rent is at least $500.00.  Program ends on January 31, 2021.
